1) Open a new window in Chrome and go to chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
2) You will see "Enable NPAPI" highlighted in yellow (left side of the screen)
3) Just below it press the blue "enable" and it will now say "disable"
4) A window will appear at the bottom of the screen with the option to "Relaunch Now"
5) Press "Relaunch Now" and chrome will relaunch
6) Go to Shredsauce and try to play, the problem should be fixed

If Shredsauce is blocked at your school you can use a proxy like this one. Just type in shredsauce.com and you should be able to play again.

Clearing your cache should fix this problem. If you've tried multiple browsers and it still does it, it's most likely a problem with the Unity player. Delete the plug-in and redownload it from here: Unity3d Download.

Follow these steps to delete the Unity player so that you can redownload it:

Windows Vista / Windows 7

Close all browsers.
Click the Windows Start Button
Click on Control Panel.
Click on Add or Remove Programs
Right click on Unity Web Player
Click Uninstall.
Click Finish.
Reboot your machine.

Windows XP

Close all browsers.
Click the Windows Start Button
Click on Control Panel.
Click on Add or Remove Programs
Click Unity Web Player.
Click Remove.
Click Uninstall.
Click Finish.
Reboot your machine

Mac OSX

Close all browsers.
Click on Macintosh HD.
Click on Library
Click on Internet Plugins.
Drag the Unity Player Plugin to the Trash.
Empty Trash.

Max OSX - Widget

Close all browsers.
Go to Macintosh HD/Users/YOUR_USERNAME/
Click on Library.
Click on Internet Plugins.
Drag the Unity Player Plugin to the Trash.
Empty Trash.

Right now there are only map settings for a PS3 or xbox controller. I've noticed that quite a few people are trying to use a third party controller so I'll have to find a solution for you guys.

Make sure you've downloaded the correct driver (360Controller driver if using an xBox 360 controller on Mac or PC and XInput wrapper for PS3 controller on PC) You can't use a wireless xbox controller and the power cord won't work. Note that the drivers have changed since August 8, 2017

If you can't hold certain key combinations (i.e. left-arrow, up-arrow, E and X) it is because of the limitations on the circuit design of certain keyboards. Keyboards aren't designed to play games unfortunately. This is another area where I'd like to find a solution for eventually because it can get annoying.

Some people who have their keyboards set to a language other than English have had this problem. The simple fix is to set your keyboard to English. I'd like to eventually find an easier solution though.
